Bikur Cholim 

We are within walking distance of several major hospitals in West Philadelphia: 

· The Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) 

· Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) 

· Veterans Administration Medical Center (VA) 

· Presbyterian Medical Center 

The Bikur Cholim and Chai Lifeline maintain beautiful apartments provided for the families of hospital patients. Both are a ten minute walk away from HUP and CHOP.  Meals for families of patients can be provided upon request and patient visitation by community members can be arranged.  For more information, please contact Jessie Wolfe or Liz Rubin, the Bikur Cholim hospital liaisons.
